No injuries reported in 2-vehicle collision

THERE WERE NO INJURIES in a 2-vehicle collision on U.S. 271 in front of First National Bank in Gilmer Thursday. According to police, Sandra Wallace, 65, of Gilmer, driving a blue Toyota 4-Runner was northbound on U.S. 271 when she ran a red light and struck a white Toyota 4-Runner driven by Crystal Martin, 37, of Gilmer, knocking it on its side. Neither of the drivers was injured, nor was an 11-year-old girl who was a passenger in the Wallace vehicle. Gilmer policeman Jason Murray investigated the accident.
