FIELD TO FEAST Dinner

Saturday September 21, 2013 – Starting at 5:30 pm

Texas Chef’s Association, Winnsboro Farmers’ Market, and Bella Stella Winery join together to

present a festive evening of food, wine, and music to celebrate area farmers and their locally-

grown produce and meats. Some of the farmers’ fare will include Piney Woods Ranch organic

heritage pork; Hinds Feet Farm pastured chicken; Embry Family Farms grass fed beef. Be

prepared for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship!

Arriving guests are welcomed to Bella Stella winery by a staff of tuxedoed greeters and valet

parking attendants and escorted to the winery’s beautifully restored tasting room where they will

mingle with local farmers and food producers to enjoy savory passed hors d’oeuvres and wine

tastings while decompressing to the music of local jazz guitarist Kurt Bittner. Diners will then

enjoy a guided tour of the winery culminating at a long table set in the picturesque vineyard for a

unique meal crafted by talented the Texas chefs. Wines are paired with each course including a

wine with dessert. Dinner will be followed by a mini concert by the Piney Woods’ own award

winning organic song farmers Adler & Hearne.

The festivities begin at 5:30 pm at Bella Stella Vineyards, 818 CR 4440, Winnsboro, TX 75494.
