“Come Fly with Me” building contest using LEGO® bricks
Flex your LEGO® building powers and register by July 5 to enter Longview World of
Wonders’ “Come Fly With Me” building contest using LEGO® bricks. This contest is on
July 13 at Longview Mall and is open to toddler- through high school-age children.
Contestants must use LEGO® bricks to build a theme-related model that fits within a 2-
foot-by-2-foot-space. Check-in begins at 10 a.m., with results announced at 3 p.m.
Judges will select winners in six age categories. Members of the public may vote for
their favorite model in the Best of Show category for a suggested $1 donation per vote.
Registration is $3, with a limit of one entry per child. For contest details and registration

World of Wind and AIr, featuring free activities and demonstrations illustrating the power
of wind and air, also will be held from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. July 13 at Longview Mall. World of
Wind and Air is free and open to the public, with no pre-registration required.
