A FLOCK of flamingos landed in Gilmer this week. In locations all over town, often under cover of darkness, flocks of pink flamingos are moving in. If these birds roost on your lawn, don’t fret, they will be removed the next day and for a small donation you get to pick the next victim! The flocking is done in good spirits and benefits the Gilmer Bruce Junior High Majorettes. For more information, contact 8th grade Drum Major Mylah Childress-Cain at 903-431-3748.
