The series is scheduled to open April 26 at the Upshur County Courthouse, where classes will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on 12 consecutive Fridays.
“’Step Up & Scale Down’ is a great program to do with a friend or family member. It’s always easier to reach your goals when you have additional support,” said Megan Settles, an Upshur County Extension Agent.
Cost for the 12-week program is $25, which includes all course materials. Preregister until April 12 by contacting the local Extension Office at 903-843-4019 or by e-mail at megan.settles@ag.tamu.edu.
