Challenged Outdoorsmen of America - NETO Chapter based in Longview is hosting a fishing day for special needs children. The event is set for April 13th,2013 at 9am thru noon with a hotdog lunch for children and parents/guardian. All our events are free to the participants. The event will be held at a private lake near Longview.
