Presenter Susana Privett is a Data Dissemination Specialist with Partnership and Data Services for the US Census Bureau. Susana gives presentations and workshops about Census Bureau data, various surveys, and the US Census Bureau Internet site. She works closely with organizations, local governments, businesses, and Federal and State agencies to provide a better understanding of the Census Bureau and the data they can collect.

Every great grant has a needs statement, and data to back up the needs. Finding all the substantiating data can be a time consuming and difficult part of the proposal development process.
In this hands-on session, presented by the US Census Bureau, you will learn to access and use: - Information on Governmental and Statistical Areas

- Blocks, Block Groups, Census Tracts
- Population Data
- Census Quick Facts
- Community and Neighborhood Profiles
- Economic, Business and Industry Data
This is a full day, hands-on session with time in the computer lab for you to actually practice what you are learning.
