It is Moving Day for Another Habitat Homeowner! Home Dedication Slated for Friday.
March 4, 2013 - Longview, TX. –On Friday, LaKeisha Poole and her three daughters will become homeowners! Their home was constructed over a period of twelve weeks as part of the Longview Habitat for Humanity’s annual Women Build 2012.
“Home ownership represents this mother’s dream becoming a reality, “said La Keisha Poole. “It is achieving what you worked hard for. What a blessing this home is! I am so thankful to God for this opportunity to earn a safe, stable environment for myself and my children.”
We invite you to join us on Friday, March 8th at 506 Park Street as we celebrate the Poole’s achievement with a home dedication ceremony at 5:30.
Longview Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit agency dedicated to eradicating poverty housing in Longview. The organization partners with low income families to provide a hand up and out of poverty through volunteer home construction and a low down payment, zero interest mortgage.
