Community college students, faculty, staff, trustees and supporters gathered in Austin Feb. 4-5 for “Community College Day at the Legislature” to communicate the tremendous impact community colleges have on the state of Texas.
KC Board of Trustees Charles Hale and James Walker represented Kilgore College and visited with various legislators in an effort to create a favorable legislative climate regarding community colleges, and KC in particular.
