She rose from a life as a servant to her stepmother and stepsisters to become a princess. Cinderella has captured the hearts of generations as a humble young girl with a generous spirit who wins the love of a prince. Longview Ballet Theatre and eight world renowned guest dancers will bring to life this timeless rags to riches tale.

Spectacular backdrops, stunning costumes and soaring dancers that will leave you breathless are only a part of the Cinderella production. You will laugh out loud at the antics of the stepsisters, gasp at the beauty, strength and elegance of Cinderella and her prince and smile as the child dancers portray the clock ticking towards midnight.

“This is truly a production that will leave you smiling and wanting to come back again and again,” says Pat George Mitchell, Founder and Artistic Director for Longview Ballet Theatre.

Forty-one dancers will fill the stage including 14 members of Longview Ballet Theatre and eight professional dancers. Among the guest dancers are LBT’s Associate Artistic Director Amanda Edge, currently performing in Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, New York City Ballet principal, Daniel Ulbricht and new comer Kurt Douglas who was named one of Dance Magazine’s top 25 dancers to watch.

Do not miss this enchanting production. Tickets are available at www.belchercenter.com or by calling the Belcher Center Box office at 903-233-3080.
