MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas, January 25, 2013 / -- Guaranty Bond Bank announced the promotion of Matt Johnson to Bank Secrecy Act Officer in addition to his current position of Vice President – Compliance.

Johnson originally joined Guaranty Bond Bank in June 2012.  Johnson is a high school graduate of Gilmer High School.  He went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration Finance degree from The University of Texas at Tyler.
