Simpsonville VFD sets parade, stew

Simpsonville VFD will hold its Annual Parade and Stew at Simpsonville VFD, located at FM 2088 and 556, on Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The meal will be beef stew, chicken stew, cornbread, tea and dessert.

All for a donation.

Door prizes will be given away every two to three minutes.

The VFD is located 12 miles northwest of Gilmer and 12 miles southwest of Pittsburg.

All are invited to attend.
