Graveside services for Joe Dalton Mumford, 71, of Gilmer will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 5, at Kelsey Cemetery in Upshur County under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Mumford passed away Monday, September 3, at a Longview hospital.
