Ms. Garber ‘s artistic quilt work is on the cover of September’s American Quilter Magazine She has won numerous awards for her work, and has been in many other quilt related magazines.
The Quilters Guild of East Texas is a non-profit organization. There is no charge to members, however, there will be a fee of $5 for non-members who wish to attend September’s meeting.
