The Upshur County Grand Jury returned 12 indictments, four of them sealed, and no-billed one case Wednesday, said Dist. Atty. Billy Byrd.

Defendants, charges, and bond information in the open indictments were as follows, Byrd's office said:

Mark Lindsey McKinley, 39, of Big Sandy, assault--family violence with prior conviction on March 1. He remained in county jail under $100,000 bond, the office said.

Kenneth Ray Nolley, Sr., 54, of Diana, deadly conduct on April 6, $10,000

William Bradley Lewis, 41, of Ore City, driving while intoxicated; subsequent offense on Dec. 1, 2011; $10,000

Justin Cooper Graham, 33, of Gilmer, tampering with physical evidence on April 7. He remained in county jail under $20,000 bond, Byrd's office said.

Susan Elaine Witt, 49, of Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated; subsequent offense on Feb. 9, $10,000

Stephen Dorsett Morton, 33, of Dallas, tampering with physical evidence on April 6, $10,000

Bobby Dean Coston, 57, of Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated; subsequent offense on Feb. 19, $10,000

Marvin Ray Aldridge, 51, of Gilmer, driving while intoxicated; subsequent offense on March 4, $10,000

The sealed indictments, said Byrd's office, included one each of unauthorized use of vehicle; theft of property of the value of $1,500 or more but less than $20,000; theft of property of the value of $20,000 or more but less than $100,000; and aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The jury also no-billed a charge of deadly conduct, the District Attorney's office reported.
