Performing will be Shelbi Herndon, Don Burton and the Gilmer High School Stars Drill team.
The keynote address will be brought by Rev. Forrest L. Curry, pastor of Moses Chapel CME Church of Gilmer.
He will be accompanied by the Moses Chapel Mass Choir.
