MOVIE OF GILMER DUE NEXT WEEK
Cranfill Cox, Jr. announces that the picture story of Gilmer, photographed throughout the city recently, has been completed and will be shown on the screen of the Crystal Theater on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week April 18-19-20. A host of Gilmer children appear in that cast in a kind of local “Our Gang Comedy”.
Also, the following groups of Gilmer people: Gilmer Fire Department, Gilmer High School Buckeye Band, The Rotary Club, Lions Club and Kiwanis Club, also Business and Professional Club and several sponsors who took part.
Some of those taking part in the “Gang Comedy” are: Carlo Brightwell, Pam Bishop, Beth Boles, Marilynn Cross, Holly Caldwell, Leanne Dean, Margaret Denton, Renie Duhon, Myra Ellison, Barbara Fitzgerald, Lamone Gavin, Ann Holman, Linda Harrell, Linda Hardman, Lana Hardman, Sharon Hasten, Janet Lay, Rhonda Loyd, Delores O’Neal, Brenda McBride, Eula Russell, Marcene Reynolds, Debbie Richards, Lynda Richards.
