Upshur Manor receives four stars

THE DEPARTMENT of Aging and Disability Services conducts an annual review of every nursing home to ensure that they are meeting all state regulations. Upshur Manor is pleased to announce it recently had an outstanding annual state survey and its nursing department was clinically deficiency free. “What does this mean for your loved one? You can feel confident knowing that your loved one will receiving outstanding nursing care at Upshur Manor,” said Upshur Manor’s Christine Jackson. Upshur Manor continues to be a four star facility and was a recipient of the AHCA Quality Award.
