Upshur County no justice Judicial System
My brother wrote Upshur County Bad to the Bone on the Gilmer Mirror Blog.
I to am being persecuted by the Gilmer Boating and fishing Club (gbafc) along with the Upshur County judicial system. Judge Parish just found totally against me in a lawsuit filed against me by gbafc. They had no grounds to file suit to begin with, they all perjured themselves and Judge Parish totally disregarded all statutes presented by my attorney. Judge Parish also refused me a retrial based on newly found evidence that would prove every witness called by the plaintiff had perjured himself or herself in her court in a conspiracy that I believe to be led by their attorney Barry Wallace.
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour” ( Exodus 20:16).

Sorry to hear that small minded people are making your familie's life miserable. There is no escape from Karma but I am sure you want this to come to a fair resolution as soon as possible. God bless you and your familie.
