NASHVILLE, TN – (November 14, 2012) – Texas recording artist and Austin native Kyle Park is bringing a Winter Wonderland to fans with the release of his countrified version of the holiday classic. Joined by some of today’s hottest country pickers, Park’s “Winter Wonderland” is up-tempo and decidedly downhome. The song is a must download for the holiday season and is now available at and select digital retailers.
“I've played this song so many times the traditional way, but I wanted this version to be up-tempo and country,” said Park. “The musicianship is incredible on this song. It turned out to be really unique and fun!”
Park’s current single “The Night Is Young” is Top 10-and-climbing the Texas radio charts. The song is the first offering from his upcoming fourth full-length studio album, produced by Park himself and expected for release in 2013. Currently, Park is out on the road visiting radio and playing shows all across the Lone Star State in support of the new single with upcoming dates in College Station, TX (11/14), San Angelo, TX (11/16) and San Marcos, TX (11/18).
Park is anything but new to the Texas music scene. His debut album was released in 2005 and since then, Park has not slowed down. Using unconventional methods, Park decided to release two EPs in 2010 and allowed fans to choose songs for the following album, Make Me Or Break Me which was released in 2011. With the title track as the single, it earned Park a No. 3 spot on the Texas Music Chart and the song stayed in the Top 10 for over six weeks. As with any Top 10 song, a top-notch live show is a must. It’s no coincidence Park has developed an audience big enough that his name is now on the back wall at Billy Bob’s Texas, right alongside Pat Green, Blake Shelton, Alabama, Brad Paisley and Tim McGraw.
