STAGE STORES RAISES NEARLY $1 MILLION FOR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH “30 DAYS OF GIVING” CAMPAIGN

Over 700 local organizations nationwide benefit from in-store effort

 

HOUSTON (April 30, 2014) – Stage Stores turned the month of March into “30 Days of Giving” at all 849 of their stores. Customers who visited any one of the company’s department stores, which include well-known names Bealls, Goody’s, Palais Royal, Peebles and Stage were invited to donate $1, $5 or $10 to a local valued group in their community. The campaign resulted in a total of $896,295 being donated to over 700 local organizations.

 

As an additional thank-you, each customer who donated during the campaign received a Community Counts 30% off Saving Pass that could be used during the store’s Big Spring Sale. In addition to the amount their customers gave, Stage Stores made an additional donation to each local organization.
