City of East Mountain has amended, approved and/or adopted the following Ordinances: Ordinance #87 Regarding Rental Property Water Deposits for Property Owners and their Tenants. Renter Refundable Deposit is $125.00 and the Property Owner Non-Refundable Deposit is $125.00 per property. Ordinance #154 B regarding zoning and allowing enacting of fines for violations. Ordinance #154 C regarding building permit applications and penalties punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 if violated. Ordinance #154 D establishes fines in an amount no greater than $2000 for violations of Ordinance #154 and #154 A. Ordinance #157 regarding litter in public and private places, and general appearance guidelines. Also, it establishes a penalty schedule for first or second offense starting at $1 and up to but not over $200. Third and Fourth violation not less than $201 not more than $400. Fifth and/or subsequent violations not less than $401 not more than $2000.
