A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT in Longivew, Gregg County, Texas om September 25, 2015 at or around 8:58 a.m. near the intersection of U.S. Highway 80 (West Marshall Avenue) and North High Street. Defendant John Doe was traveling eastbound in the outside lane of U.S. Highway 80 (West Marshall Avenue) at an unsafe speed, following the traffic ahead too closely, and rear-ended the vehicle directly in front of him, causing such vehicle to strike the rear of Plaintiff’s vehicle, injuring Plaintiffs and then fled the scene. The property involved in this suit is 1) a 1995 grey Honda Accord, Texas LP # BMJ1748, VIN # JHMEG8559SS029281; 2) a 2011 grey Honda Odyssey van, Texas LP # DXR6706, VIN # 5FNRL5H93BB048577; and 3) a 2015 white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, Texas LP # 83C9082, VIN # 3GCUKTEJ1FG433507. The office executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
