Thursday, February 6th, Good Shepherd Medical Center held its “Ready. Set. Baby!” program for prospective families at the Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living. The well-attended event was free to the public and provided education on mother and baby services and benefits offered by Good Shepherd Women’s and Children’s Services.

“Ready. Set. Baby!” also featured products and services by more than a dozen local businesses. Attendees enjoyed a style show featuring maternity wear, adorable children’s clothes and accessories provided by Kohl’s. A baby stroller demonstration was also conducted by Toy “R” Us. In addition, many expectant moms pre-registered for delivery at Good Shepherd Medical Center.

“Ready. Set. Baby! was a great opportunity for us to share our products with expectant moms,” said Randi Dippold, manager for Bluejean Baby of Longview. “It also provided a great chance for expectant parents to learn about maternity services offered by Good Shepherd.”
