5th Annual Upshur County Goes Hog Wild Tournament

February 21st -23rd 2014Starts Friday 21st @ 5pm thru Sunday 23rd 4:30pmIt’s that Time of the Year again when we all go HOG WILD and get out there and hunt us some hogs! This year is looking like a great year too. From all the reports I have been getting from local landowners and ranchers in the area we have a prime population to hunt this year.

This year after much consideration we are bringing back the trapping teams because hunters have requested it again. This time I am not going to remove it as it is here to stay. So if you want to trap you can, if not you can still dog and gun hunt.

Prize money is still 75% payback for all three categories, so when we get lots of teams the pot gets bigger and the money won is a whole lot more. Plus as an added bonus this year we are giving away belt buckles to the 1st place winning dog team and two game cameras to the 1st place winning gun team. All prizes will be awarded Sunday the 23rd so no more waiting.

Dog Teams – 4 Member Team – $350 per Team

Gun Teams – 2 Member Team – $250 per Team

Trapping Team – 2 Member Team – $250 per Teamsee official rules & entry forms for more information.
