DIRECTOR OF FINANCE The City of Gilmer is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Director of Finance. This position answers directly to the City Manager and oversees all aspects of the City?s finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in bank reconciliations (of various & multiple accounts), A/R, A/P, payroll, G/L, budgeting and internal controls. A Bachelor?s degree, and PC skills (basic Windows, basic MSOFFICE Word & Outlook, Intermediate MSOFFICE EXCEL) are required. Supervisory experience in a team environment is essential. Incode Software experience and/or CPA designation are a plus. Salary commensurate with level and length of experience.
