I refuse to put my family on the street.

My son Ace is still in the County Jail for a crime he did not commit. Since he is working as a trusty he will get three for one time served. This will put him getting out of jail just about the same time that I must put him on the street per the poor judgment of Judge Lauren Parish. Hopefully he will be able to return to work and save his truck from repossession. Judge Dean Fowler is still sitting on my son’s request for retrial and Judge Lauren Parish is still sitting on my request for retrial. We believe this is because they do not want our new evidence on court records and they don’t want their friends to face felony perjury charges. District Attorney Billy Byrd has still not replied to us on our request that he start an investigation we believe because he himself is a co-conspirator if not the head conspirator.

My brother Larry is in the hospital because he had a heart attack last night and was told this morning that he must undergo open heart surgery. Hopefully he will have some time to recover before I must put him on the street. I myself have been suffering with several health issues brought on by stress I have incurred from all this. Yet I still refuse to abandon my home just because someone who has friends in the Upshur County non-Judicial System wants me to.

I continue to hope and pray that someone outside of corr-UPSHUR County will help us in our fight against District Attorney Billy Byrd and his band of co-conspirators as listed in Upshur County Bad to the Bone. I don’t know what has transpired with the criminal justice review that the Office of the Attorney General was kind enough to forward my case to because as they stated they cannot comment further on this matter. I will continue my correspondence with many judicial organizations outside this county in my pursuit  of justice.
