Upshur County Sherriff Department arrested me for DWI when I was very low on blood but not drunk. I ended up in ETMC Gilmer for an Emergency transfusion.  UCSD arrested my son and brother for trespassing while fishing at their home all the while knowing they were innocent. 

So I say PISS on UCSD and Sheriff Betterton.
