Knowing full well my family had every right to fish at Twin Lakes while I was a member of Gilmer Boating and Fishing Club Inc. GBFC had my son and my brother arrested for criminal trespassing and Judge Fowler sentenced my son to six months in the county jail. 

So I say PISS on Judge Fowler.
